A LATE goal condemned Hawks to defeat in Tommy Cunningham’s first game as caretaker manager.
Harlow Town looked set for a point but Northwood sub Will Hudson grabbed an 88th-minute winner.
Harlow have now picked up one win in 22 matches.
This led to the dismissal of manager Marvin Samuel on Wednesday.
Northwood took the lead three minutes after half-time when Chris Seeby’s shot deflected off Harlow centre-half Danny Chapman and wrong-footed keeper James Hasell.
But defender Aaron Scott equalised on 75 minutes.
However, just as a crucial point looked in the bag Hudson grabbed the winner.
