Khawaja only join the Shepherd Neame Essex League division two side this year but has enjoyed a phenomenal season for the Marigolds men.

His 1,000+ runs has come in just 16 league matches.

Harlow put on 300-9 in their 50 overs.

Skipper Jason McNally top scored with 89.

The hosts were then bowled out for 53 in 17.4 overs.

Andrew McGarry produced another fantastic performance with the ball, notching six wickets for just 10 runs from his nine overs which accrued no less than seven maidens and squeezed the life out of Benfleet.

However, Harlow remain seven points outside the two promotion places with two games left.
