Take part in a new BBC show about sleep

If you have trouble sleeping but don’t have trouble talking about it, you might be the ideal candidate for a new show on BBC One looking at the nation’s sleeping habits

Sleep clinics in Herts and EssexPeople with serious sleep issues are being asked to put themselves forward to take part in a ground-breaking new two-part series about sleep. The show will explore the nation’s sleeping patterns and attempt to help people struggling with several serious sleep disorders.

Not sure whether you’d qualify? If you answer ‘yes’ to any of the following questions you may have a sleep disorder:

  • Do you wake up a number of times in the night?
  • Do you have trouble falling asleep most nights?
  • When you wake up in the night is it hard to go back to sleep?
  • Have you been told that you snore very loudly?
  • Do you find it difficult to wake up in the morning?
  • Do you get a tingling sensation in your legs when you go to sleep?
  • Do you sleepwalk or move excessively in your sleep?
  • Do you sometimes wake up anxious or scared in the night and don’t know why?
