Final space taken at Harlow industrial development
RO Developments has completed the letting of a new 21,854 sq ft unit to Scotch Frost Ltd at its industrial development at Dukes Park in Harlow.
This letting means the 81,000 sq ft development is now completely full.
Scotch Frost is a leading distributor of frozen, fresh and ambient products from around the world and has signed a 15 year lease at the site.
Richard Bourne, ROD’s development director, said: “The letting to Scotch Frost completes our development at Dukes Park which was ROD’s third development in Harlow since 2004 and we are delighted to see Scotch Frost join Lok’n Store, Benchmark Kitchens and Travis Perkins among others”.
Adrian Louden of Scotch Frost said: “ROD designed, built and delivered the unit to time and on budget and we are delighted with the end result”.
